What To Wear At This Year's Christmas Party

I tell no lies I start planning my outfit for the Christmas party in, say, January - normally when Im walking round the sales.
I say planning. What I actually mean is I find loads of things on the rails that I want but have absolutely no use for and cant imagine when I would actually wear so I use the Xmas do as an excuse to buy it and tell myself thats when it will get worn 11 months later. Truth is it never does because by the time the party comes round Ive bought about a million other potential outfits and Ive forgotten I even own said item but hey, no-one ever said being a fashionista was easy did they?!

My rule of thumb is that for the office do, you cant go wrong with a LBD little black dress to anyone whos been blocked off from the world of fashion for, like, forever! Its simple yet sophisticated, stylish, sexy, and chic, and it allows you to be experimental and expressive with your accessories things which often get neglected with more in-your-face outfits. And if worn correctly, the LBD can create more of a stir than a similar dress featuring colour or extravagant patterns. You need only look at what the majority of celebs wear to any high-brow do to see what I mean, and they cant all be wrong can they?! So indulge in a well-fitted LBD this December, and simply sit back and wait for the compliments to come flooding in you can thank me later!
